  • How do I place an order on the Crazy Horse website?

Ordering from the Crazy Horse Paris online boutique is easy.

  • Go to: https://reservation.lecrazy.com/en/shop
  • Choose the product you are interested in
  • Select quantity
  • Click on "add to basket
  • Please check the items in your basket before confirming your order.
  • Choose your country for delivery
  • Fill in your billing and delivery details. Shipping costs will be recalculated according to your delivery address.
  • Choose your method of payment: credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, CB) or AMEX (American Express) and fill in the relevant details.
  • Read and accept the terms and conditions of sale
  • Pay your order before your basket expires
  • Your order has been placed! You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes. A tracking email will also be sent to you so you can follow your parcel once your order has been prepared by our logistics provider.

 

  • To which countries do you send orders?

Orders placed on our online store are sent to the following countries:

  • France, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion

  • Are shipping costs free?

Shipping to France is free until 31/12/23. Once this date has passed, shipping costs are no longer free but must be paid by you, depending on the weight and destination of the shipment.

 

  • Is it possible to receive an order in 24h?

It is not possible to receive an order in 24 hours. It takes a minimum of 72 hours (excluding weekends) to receive your order in metropolitan France. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery. Please contact the carrier if you have any questions. For orders to foreign destinations, delivery times depend on the carrier. They may vary according to various unforeseeable events: bad weather, strikes, etc.

 

  • How do I know what size I am?

For women's t-shirts, sizes range from S to L. You'll find the size equivalents below:

XS = 34-36 / S = 36-38 / M = 38-40 / L = 40/42

 

For men's t-shirts, sizes range from S to XL. See below for size equivalents:

S = 38-40 / M = 40-42 / L = 42-44 / XL = 44/46

Kimonos and caps are one size fits all.

 

  • Is it possible to return a product?

Yes, it is possible to return our products. Here's how to return an item:

  • The product must not have been worn or used.
  • The original packaging must be intact

You must fill in the returns form and tell us why you wish to return the product in question.

14 days is the minimum legal period for returning a product. The 14-day period begins the day after the contract is concluded or the product is delivered.

Returns within France are free of charge. Returns from abroad are at the customer's expense.

 

 

2. I've already made the order

  • When will I receive my order?

When your product leaves the warehouse, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking link so you can find out where your order is at any time.

Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of items (your order will be delivered when all items in the order are available) or your delivery location.

You can track your order at any time.

 

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order is already in preparation, you will not be able to modify or cancel it. You can only cancel your order if it is not yet in preparation.

 

  • What happens if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave you a note so that you can contact them to arrange a second delivery.

 

  • I need an invoice. Where can I get it?

If you need an invoice, you can find it in your personal space. If you can't find it due to a technical problem, please send an e-mail to the following address: eboutique@lecrazyhorseparis.com. We'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible and send you your invoice.

  • I don't like the product I ordered/it's not my size. Can I exchange it?
