  • Will Crazy Horse Paris be open during the Paris Games?

Yes! Crazy Horse Paris will be open during the Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games, excluding July 26 (Olympic Games’ opening ceremony).

  • How can I get to the cabaret during the Games period?

Travel times may be extended due to high number of visitors in Paris and traffic restrictions. Therefore, we advise you plan your journey ahead and arrive early. Find the crowd forecasts for public transport by clicking here.

Please note: the Alma-Marceau metro station (line 9) is closed from July 18 to 26. George V (line 1) remains open throughout the period. A portion of Avenue George V, including Crazy Horse Paris, is in the red zone from July 18 to 26, during this time vehicle access is restricted (see details here).

 

  • At what time should I arrive?

We recommend getting to Crazy Horse Paris, 12 avenue George V, 75008 Paris, 45 minutes before the show starts. Our amazing Crazy Entertainer, singer and MC,  will welcome you with musical performances about 20 minutes before the curtain rises. The show starts at the time indicated on your ticket or e-ticket.

  • Do I need to have a digital pass?

It’s not necessary to have a digital pass to get to Crazy Horse Paris.

However, a portion of Avenue George V, including Crazy Horse Paris, is in the red zone from July 18 to 26, where vehicle access is restricted (see details here).

 

  • I arrived late due to traffic conditions because of the Games and I missed the show, can I get a refund?

According to our terms and conditions and the consumer code relating to show ticketing, we cannot make any refunds.

  • At what time should I arrive?

For the evening to unfold according to plan, come directly to the Crazy Horse, 12 avenue George V, 45 minutes before show start. Our guest artists will welcome you with musical performances 30 minutes before the curtain rises. The show starts at the time indicated on your paper or e-ticket.

 

  • Is there a dress code?

In the temple of chic and femininity, an elegant outfit is appreciated. We invite you to avoid athletic outfits and sneakers and flip flops and shorts in summer. A tie, suit or an evening dress are not mandatory but are nonetheless welcome.

 

  • Is there valet parking ?

We do not have valet parking, however there is a taxi stand right in front of the cabaret. You can also park your car in the Alma-George V public parking lot (pay).

 

  • Should I contact the restaurant myself when I book a dinner show package ?

Our booking department will contact the restaurant for you. All you need to do it to check in when arriving at the restaurant of your choice at the agreed upon time and give them your name.

 

  • How to redeem the e-gift voucher ?

  • How do I pick up my tickets ?

You check in at Crazy Horse Paris reception desk half an hour before the show to collect your tickets by printing your confirmation / voucher or simply by giving your name and booking number.

 

  • How can I make a booking ?

  • At what time does he show begin?

The show starts at 8:00pm and 10:30pm from Sunday to Friday and 7:00pm, 9:30pm and midnight on Saturday. Do not miss our Crazy Entertainer, George Bangable, and their sophisticated and burlesque act starting from 30mn before the show.

 

  • Do I need to print my e-ticket?

It is not necessary for you to print your e-ticket, as long as you have it on your mobile phone.

The show

  • How long is the show?

The show lasts 90 minutes.

 

  • At what time does the show start?

The curtain rises at the time indicated on your ticket. 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. from Sunday to Friday and 7 p.m., 9:30 p.m. and midnight on Saturday. Although you can arrive a half hour before show start to enjoy the musical entertainment.

 

  • Is there a minimum age to attend the show?

The minimum age to attend the show is sixteen years old, if the child if accompanied by parents. Please be aware the shows contents nudity, therefore we encourage you to watch our trailer video in order to ensure the show matches with your standards.

 

  • Can I choose my seat ?

The maître d’hôtel makes his seating chart before your arrival and seats you when you arrive. The room is intimate and ensures good visibility. It is therefore not necessary to come too early, because the seats have already been assigned.

 

  • Can we take pictures during the show ?

It is forbidden to take pictures and videos during the show.

 

  • Can you dine during the show ?

There are no meals during the show, but you can dine in our partner restaurant, Ginger, before or after the show. This restaurant is within a few meters of Crazy Horse Paris.

 

  • Is the cabaret wheelchair accessible?
